Tracy Droz Tragos sits down with Elle to talk about her new documentary, Abortion: Stories Women Tell, which premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival. Despite the endless debates and discussions surrounding the hot-button topic of abortion, Tracy thinks that it’s too easy to overlook the people whose opinions matter most: “It’s always women that I want to give voice to—women who are affected.” This docu remarkably puts politics aside to listen to the stories of real women on all sides, bringing the human element of the issue back into the conversation.
